Matthew W. Dyer

Chief Visionary Officer

Matthew is originally from Galveston, TX, and graduated from The University of Houston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management where he graduated with honors. He transferred to Denver with a major hotel chain to experience the splendor and grandeur of Colorado, and get out of the heat. Matthew’s last position held in the restaurant industry was that of a general manager.

Prior to moving into the field of property management, Matthew managed a large portfolio of products for a major spirits supplier as a Division Sales Manager. His accolades include Sales Team of the Year two years running from 2011-2012, and he served as a member of the Sales Leadership Program before his departure to join Sopra Communities. His thirteen years in the adult beverage industry allowed him to travel domestically and internationally where he finds a great passion in learning new cultures, and making new acquaintances.

Matthew’s combined twenty-six years of experience in the hospitality and sales fields provide him with a vast knowledge of budget planning, marketing, and customer service. In his down time, Matt enjoys a round of golf or two, and working to restore his Denver home built in 1905.
